I ABSOLUTELY love it!

HOW TO WEAR
Unfasten Velcro closure found on the middle part of the belt. Wrap the belt around the back of your waist and bring each end to the front. Pull on each end to under your belly and fasten Velcro closure. Make sure this is snug. To tighten, pull on each strap on the sides of the belt and fasten Velcro closure.
HOW TO CARE
Wash in cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low or flat dry. No bleach, no iron.
MEASURE YOUR HIPS
Take snug measurement around your body at the widest part of your hips about 8 inches below your waist.
