After 9 babies I really needed the support for my 10th pregnancy... and I was using a Bella Band for that support... which worked relatively well but it kept riding up on me. This is a great idea... but they need a few minor changes to make it a very popular and widely used support... #1.. the sizing is off. I was wearing xl to 1x maternity clothes in the beginning of the pregnancy; now I am in 1x and am 6 months along. I ordered a 2x because I know baby sticks STRAIGHT out 4 feet (LOL) when I am furthest along. But instead of having room to grow, this is pushing it on size on me. That's frustrating... they don't even make it in a 3x and it horrifies me that I am even considering ordering something that size when I have NEVER worn clothes that large. #2.. the underwear itself is comfortable. Super so. Except for the band around the top. It digs in. Seriously. Probably part of it is that it's a bit small; but then they weren't very smart; they should not have added a serious (and I mean heavy duty) thick 1/3" band on the top; after all, as the model shows, it doesn't cover the entire baby bump so naturally it's going to dig in there. I don't notice it standing up; it's when I sit down. And it has a scratchy lacy thing on the INSIDE of that band that gets annoying. Okay, now that I've complained I will explain why I am still giving it 5 stars. It's VERY well designed other than the sizing and band complaints. It's loose and can't ride up; and the "over" front piece is completely adjustable with velcro. Tough velcro. It totally lifts the baby up where he/she should be and gives me the support I wanted. For that reason I am keeping it; because I know it will last me another few weeks; but that it will be great for the beginning of my pregnancies going forward (yes, I know, I know... and no, I'm not related to the Duggars!) I also know I will be heavily using it afterwards to give myself a bit of a smoother appearance; especially right after. I've tried a lot of pregnancy bands and they all fail in one department... MAJORLY... comfort. The only exception to this is the Bella Band, which I also recommend. But this gives SO much better support; and for those of you who's baby doesn't like to stay "up" and has a tendency to overhang, this is priceless to get baby's head down where it should be.

Runs way small... but it works great and is pretty comfortable! Great for postpartum too!
