I am loving this; coupled with a binder I pass very well. I am FTM though, and if anyone else wants to know then it's better to devise sizing like this:
1. Measure circumference of thigh at its thickest
2. Multiply that by 2
3. Use that as a measure for size instead of your actual waist size
The waist:thigh ratio is very different for us so if you just follow instructions as-is you're gonna get a size or two too small. But I found randomly sizing up also risky, so I hope this method helps.
