Good things

I've bought from underworks for several years and I can only say good things about these products. As far as binders/compression tops, you will not find anything more comfortable, easy to wear, and versatile. They're very easy to care for (handwash) recommended but in a washing machine on cold won't kill it, even the occasional round in a dryer isn't devastating) and they give a great shape.

I got a medium which was great at binding but I couldn't wear for more than 6-8 hours. The large fit me better and is comfortable all day- I recommend trying to get the right size. but this works great for my binding/dysphoria needs.
Definitely worth the extra money.

MY son said this is his most comfortable binder.

I'm a small bodied person of 117 lbs. with a chest size of 34DDD and a size Medium fits perfectly!
holds everything in place and almost complete flatness with 36Ds couldn’t be more happy.

Thought for sure it wasn’t gonna fit when it came out of the package, but after putting it on it fits perfectly, holds everything in place and almost complete flatness with 36Ds; couldn’t be more happy.
Super comfortable!

I’ve gotten many Underworks over the years and this one is by far the most comfortable. I will also say though that they do run larger than the tri tops. Just ordered a smaller size and keeping this one for breaks!
So comfortable I could cry

I've spent quite a bit of money trying to find the right binder for me, and this is it! Soft fabric next to my skin, enough compression to feel secure and happy with the look of my chest, and no restriction on my ribs. Just waiting for a windfall so I can afford to order more.
Versus Tri-Top
4
I'm not exactly sure why, but these seem to run larger than the Tri-Top binders. I am definitely a medium in those, and the medium in these is not fitted enough to really compress me at all. It is possible that they just don't offer as many layers of compression as the tri-top, but it definitely feels looser over all (it buckles slightly in the back between my shoulders when I roll them). I'm not saying "don't get this one," but be aware of sizing! if you're even close to being between sizes, consider sizing down.
Good as always
5
(Reviewer of upper mid size chest) Much the same as the normal Tri-Top, but with a cotton lining. If you have any chafing problems against your skin in the original, I imagine this is better. Or if you just prefer something that feels a bit more clothes-like in general. 2 Layers front and back, the elastic and the cotton. No noticeable difference from the norm and seems just as strong. In weather where you just want this and no undershirt under your shirt, you could turn it inside out and it would look like a completely ordinary vest. Seems to hold things in place a bit better for me, but then it is new and your mileage may vary.

I'm not exactly sure why, but these seem to run larger than the Tri-Top binders. I am definitely a medium in those, and the medium in these is not fitted enough to really compress me at all. It is possible that they just don't offer as many layers of compression as the tri-top, but it definitely feels looser over all (it buckles slightly in the back between my shoulders when I roll them). I'm not saying "don't get this one," but be aware of sizing! if you're even close to being between sizes, consider sizing down.
Good as always

From UK: good product.
