  • Unique boxer, boy leg design with built in bands that provide support and compression to reduce swelling in the vulvar veins and to provide the needed support to the pelvic floor muscles to relieve symptoms associated with Uterine prolapse, Cystocele, and Rectocele. The beauty is in the design - these are regular boxer briefs, not some contraption of elastics wrapped around you. Just a panty or brief that does all you need at less than half the price that many charge.
  • Wear during or after pregnancy including post C-sections for relief from vulvar varicosities, vulvar swelling, and Lymphedema. This garment uses a cotton crotch that works as a sleeve for shields that would be very helpful in the event of vaginal discharge common when vaginal infections such as candidiasis are present.

I was undecided about buying these Underworks cause I didn’t really think they would work. I have bladder prolapse. I thought about it and ordered the boy shorts. Let me tell you I’m a very satisfied customer. I can go on my walks again and work out in my gardens without worrying if I’m going to have my prolapse bulge come out. It really helps me to feel contained and supported. I’m so happy with the product I’m buying another one. I wear a small and I ordered a small and they fit great. The product is made in the USA and the material is so soft and washes great. I lay flat to dry. Thanks for making a great product.

I am pregnant with bad Vulvar Varicosities and these are a life saver! As soon as I put them on the pain went away. I just wear them over top of my underwear so I can wear them a few times before they need to be washed. I would definitely recommend these! They do run a bit small so I suggest sizing up.

These are brilliant for my prolapse which I am trying to manage conservatively. I saw from previous reviews that you should order the next size up as they are on the smaller size, so that's what I did and it worked! So all I can say is that I have been wearing them for a week now (I got a few pairs LOL) and I find them very supportive and comfortable! So if you are wanting supportive underwear...these work. I was also so amazed at how quickly they arrived in New Zealand...it must have been about 10 days max!

If you’re looking at these for vulvar varicosities, look no further. I’ve tried numerous other items and nothing worked, I have a pretty severe case of this. When I wear these I range from no pain to mild-medium level discomfort depending on the day. I’ve found putting them on first thing before you even stand up helps. I honestly don’t think I’d be able to walk without these some days, so absolute life saver.

When looking at this upon receipt and having been a nurse for over 40 yrs my first impression was “no way” Having dealt with prolapse for a number of years I am amazed how effective and comfortable this brief is!! I will def be purchasing more and encourage anyone with a similar problem to give them a try; I don’t think you’ll be disappointed 👍

I received these briefs about three days ago and tried them immediately! They lend the support that I really need right now, especially for long walks and strenuous hiking in the mountains. Totally takes away the feeling of something "falling out" and I love them! Waiting for my doctor appointment in June to find out what to do to fix this problem I have and this will make the wait much easier. I love them!

I don't like to wear a pessary for prolapse and found these prolapse pants. I did order them based on the positive reviews and I am quite pleased with them. They work really well while doing cardio or any other exercises. They give great support, and you don't need to feel scared that your prolapse might worsen while doing cardio moves. Glad I found them and would highly recommend to try them out.

These provide the support I need just where I need it! I used to be a marathoner before kids. I loved running. After my first child I went back to running without issue. Then I had twins and had bladder and rectal prolapse that needed repair. Within a year I had to have a second bladder surgery because the first one failed. Anyways, I was cleared to run after this second repair but I just still felt the feeling of falling out and it felt super uncomfortable to run. So I found these and thought I’d give it a shot. It is the best! I no longer feel held back by bladder issues. I just ran three miles and finally could focus on my run instead of “down there”. They are a little bulky compared to what I’m used to but they work, so I don’t really care. They fit true to size - I’m 5’4” 120lb for reference and small fits perfectly. I’m so excited! Finally something that works without being invasive!

I tried icing, and those belts with the strap, but really could not find much relief. This time I’ve been wearing compression stockings every day and just tried the underwear, I decided to get them based on the reviews I read how much they help other pregnant women. I would definitely recommend these as any amount of relief from those varicosities makes it more tolerable. They are probably the most uncomfortable thing I experienced so having a product like this helps ease your aches and pains has been wonderful

I just have to say #1 vulvar varicosities are the absolute worst. And #2 these boy shorts/compression shorts are saving my life. I am pregnant with my 3rd baby. I am 5'4", pre-pregnancy weight 130 lbs. I did not have varicose veins with pregnancy #1. I had them with pregnancy #2, but I could not find a product that was at all helpful. I discovered Underworks the middle of this pregnancy. I ordered both the boy shorts + the briefs to see which ones fit best. The briefs were too high-waisted and uncomfortable on my large belly...but the boy shorts fit just right under my belly and provide enough vulvar compression to get me through the day on my feet taking care of my other two kids. Highly recommend these shorts if you are struggling with vulvar varicosities...and also, you're a hero...hang in there. Nobody fully understands your pain unless they've been there!

I am currently 7 months pregnant with my 4th child and work full time 12 hour shifts as a labor and delivery nurse. I have struggled with pelvic congestion since my 2nd baby, mostly when on my period and while pregnant this pregnancy being the worst so far. Most of my varicosities seem to be internal, maybe one external at present. Swelling constantly since hitting 3rd trimester. I have worn these at home several times and just completed my first 12 hour shift wearing them. I love them. I feel instant relief as soon as they are on and the pressure is instantly back when off. It is not gone, but it is so much better. I have ordered a bigger size to see if it will help with the tightness in the groin and around the waste but the compression on my pelvic floor is exactly what I needed. SO HAPPY.

I saw from previous reviews that you should order the next size up as they are on the smaller size, so that's what I did and it worked! So all I can say is that I have been wearing them for a week now (I got a few pairs LOL) and I find them very supportive and comfortable! So if you are wanting supportive underwear...these work. I was also so amazed at how quickly they arrived in New Zealand...it must have been about 10 days max!

If you’re looking at these for vulvar varicosities, look no further. I’ve tried numerous other items and nothing worked, I have a pretty severe case of this. When I wear these I range from no pain to mild-medium level discomfort depending on the day. I’ve found putting them on first thing before you even stand up helps. I honestly don’t think I’d be able to walk without these some days, so absolute life saver.

I received these briefs about three days ago and tried them immediately! They lend the support that I really need right now, especially for long walks and strenuous hiking in the mountains. Totally takes away the feeling of something "falling out" and I love them! Waiting for my doctor appointment in June to find out what to do to fix this problem I have and this will make the wait much easier. I love them!

I don't like to wear a pessary for prolapse and found these prolapse pants. I did order them based on the positive reviews and I am quite pleased with them. They work really well while doing cardio or any other exercises. They give great support, and you don't need to feel scared that your prolapse might worsen while doing cardio moves. Glad I found them and would highly recommend to try them out.

These provide the support I need just where I need it! I used to be a marathoner before kids. I loved running. After my first child I went back to running without issue. Then I had twins and had bladder and rectal prolapse that needed repair. Within a year I had to have a second bladder surgery because the first one failed. Anyways, I was cleared to run after this second repair but I just still felt the feeling of falling out and it felt super uncomfortable to run. So I found these and thought I’d give it a shot. It is the best! I no longer feel held back by bladder issues. I just ran three miles and finally could focus on my run instead of “down there”. They are a little bulky compared to what I’m used to but they work, so I don’t really care. They fit true to size - I’m 5’4” 120lb for reference and small fits perfectly. I’m so excited! Finally something that works without being invasive!

I am 5'4", pre-pregnancy weight 130 lbs. I did not have varicose veins with pregnancy #1. I had them with pregnancy #2, but I could not find a product that was at all helpful. I discovered Underworks the middle of this pregnancy. I ordered both the boy shorts + the briefs to see which ones fit best. The briefs were too high-waisted and uncomfortable on my large belly...but the boy shorts fit just right under my belly and provide enough vulvar compression to get me through the day on my feet taking care of my other two kids. Highly recommend these shorts if you are struggling with vulvar varicosities...and also, you're a hero...hang in there. Nobody fully understands your pain unless they've been there!

I have worn these at home several times and just completed my first 12 hour shift wearing them. I love them. I feel instant relief as soon as they are on and the pressure is instantly back when off. It is not gone, but it is so much better. I have ordered a bigger size to see if it will help with the tightness in the groin and around the waste but the compression on my pelvic floor is exactly what I needed. SO HAPPY.

I just wear them over top of my underwear so I can wear them a few times before they need to be washed. I would definitely recommend these! They do run a bit small so I suggest sizing up.

I am on 5th pregnancy and just bought my second pair. Started getting pelvic varicosities about two babies ago. I have pelvic congestion syndrome and have a lot of pressure on periods and starting in the second trimester on for pregnancy. These have helped tremendously. I need them for my 12.5 hr nursing shifts and whenever I am on feet for long periods of time. They are a staple in my wardrobe and I am very greatful for them. Well worth the money!

I tried icing, and those belts with the strap, but really could not find much relief. This time I’ve been wearing compression stockings every day and just tried the underwear, I decided to get them based on the reviews I read how much they help other pregnant women. I would definitely recommend these as any amount of relief from those varicosities makes it more tolerable. They are probably the most uncomfortable thing I experienced so having a product like this helps ease your aches and pains has been wonderful

I just have to say #1 vulvar varicosities are the absolute worst. And #2 these boy shorts/compression shorts are saving my life. I am pregnant with my 3rd baby. I am 5'4", pre-pregnancy weight 130 lbs. I did not have varicose veins with pregnancy #1. I had them with pregnancy #2, but I could not find a product that was at all helpful. I discovered Underworks the middle of this pregnancy. I ordered both the boy shorts + the briefs to see which ones fit best. The briefs were too high-waisted and uncomfortable on my large belly...but the boy shorts fit just right under my belly and provide enough vulvar compression to get me through the day on my feet taking care of my other two kids. Highly recommend these shorts if you are struggling with vulvar varicosities...and also, you're a hero...hang in there. Nobody fully understands your pain unless they've been there!

I saw from previous reviews that you should order the next size up as they are on the smaller size, so that's what I did and it worked! So all I can say is that I have been wearing them for a week now (I got a few pairs LOL) and I find them very supportive and comfortable! So if you are wanting supportive underwear...these work. I was also so amazed at how quickly they arrived in New Zealand...it must have been about 10 days max!

If you’re looking at these for vulvar varicosities, look no further. I’ve tried numerous other items and nothing worked, I have a pretty severe case of this. When I wear these I range from no pain to mild-medium level discomfort depending on the day. I’ve found putting them on first thing before you even stand up helps. I honestly don’t think I’d be able to walk without these some days, so absolute life saver.

I received these briefs about three days ago and tried them immediately! They lend the support that I really need right now, especially for long walks and strenuous hiking in the mountains. Totally takes away the feeling of something "falling out" and I love them! Waiting for my doctor appointment in June to find out what to do to fix this problem I have and this will make the wait much easier. I love them!

I don't like to wear a pessary for prolapse and found these prolapse pants. I did order them based on the positive reviews and I am quite pleased with them. They work really well while doing cardio or any other exercises. They give great support, and you don't need to feel scared that your prolapse might worsen while doing cardio moves. Glad I found them and would highly recommend to try them out.

These provide the support I need just where I need it! I used to be a marathoner before kids. I loved running. After my first child I went back to running without issue. Then I had twins and had bladder and rectal prolapse that needed repair. Within a year I had to have a second bladder surgery because the first one failed. Anyways, I was cleared to run after this second repair but I just still felt the feeling of falling out and it felt super uncomfortable to run. So I found these and thought I’d give it a shot. It is the best! I no longer feel held back by bladder issues. I just ran three miles and finally could focus on my run instead of “down there”. They are a little bulky compared to what I’m used to but they work, so I don’t really care. They fit true to size - I’m 5’4” 120lb for reference and small fits perfectly. I’m so excited! Finally something that works without being invasive!

I am currently 7 months pregnant with my 4th child and work full time 12 hour shifts as a labor and delivery nurse. I have struggled with pelvic congestion since my 2nd baby, mostly when on my period and while pregnant this pregnancy being the worst so far. Most of my varicosities seem to be internal, maybe one external at present. Swelling constantly since hitting 3rd trimester. I have worn these at home several times and just completed my first 12 hour shift wearing them. I love them. I feel instant relief as soon as they are on and the pressure is instantly back when off. I just wear them over top of my underwear so I can wear them a few times before they need to be washed. I would definitely recommend these! They do run a bit small so I suggest sizing up.

I saw from previous reviews that you should order the next size up as they are on the smaller size, so that's what I did and it worked! So all I can say is that I have been wearing them for a week now (I got a few pairs LOL) and I find them very supportive and comfortable! So if you are wanting supportive underwear...these work. I was also so amazed at how quickly they arrived in New Zealand...it must have been about 10 days max!

If you’re looking at these for vulvar varicosities, look no further. I’ve tried numerous other items and nothing worked, I have a pretty severe case of this. When I wear these I range from no pain to mild-medium level discomfort depending on the day. I’ve found putting them on first thing before you even stand up helps. I honestly don’t think I’d be able to walk without these some days, so absolute life saver.

They work really well while doing cardio or any other exercises. They give great support, and you don't need to feel scared that your prolapse might worsen while doing cardio moves. These provide the support I need just where I need it! I used to be a marathoner before kids. I loved running. After my first child I went back to running without issue. Then I had twins and had bladder and rectal prolapse that needed repair. Within a year I had to have a second bladder surgery because the first one failed. Anyways, I was cleared to run after this second repair but I just still felt the feeling of falling out and it felt super uncomfortable to run. So I found these and thought I’d give it a shot. It is the best! I no longer feel held back by bladder issues. I just ran three miles and finally could focus on my run instead of “down there”. They are a little bulky compared to what I’m used to but they work, so I don’t really care. They fit true to size - I’m 5’4” 120lb for reference and small fits perfectly. I’m so excited! Finally something that works without being invasive!

I am 5'4", pre-pregnancy weight 130 lbs. I did not have varicose veins with pregnancy #1. I had them with pregnancy #2, but I could not find a product that was at all helpful. I received these briefs about three days ago and tried them immediately! They lend the support that I really need right now, especially for long walks and strenuous hiking in the mountains. Totally takes away the feeling of something "falling out" and I love them! I don't like to wear a pessary for prolapse and found these prolapse pants. I did order them based on the positive reviews and I am quite pleased with them. They work really well while doing cardio or any other exercises. They give great support, and you don't need to feel scared that your prolapse might worsen while doing cardio moves. Glad I found them and would highly recommend to try them out.

These provide the support I need just where I need it! I used to be a marathoner before kids. I loved running. After my first child I went back to running without issue. Then I had twins and had bladder and rectal prolapse that needed repair. Within a year I had to have a second bladder surgery because the first one failed. Anyways, I was cleared to run after this second repair but I just still felt the feeling of falling out and it felt super uncomfortable to run. So I found these and thought I’d give it a shot. It is the best! I no longer feel held back by bladder issues. I just ran three miles and finally could focus on my run instead of “down there”. They are a little bulky compared to what I’m used to but they work, so I don’t really care. They fit true to size - I’m 5’4” 120lb for reference and small fits perfectly. I’m so excited! Finally something that works without being invasive!

I am 5'4", pre-pregnancy weight 130 lbs. I did not have varicose veins with pregnancy #1. I had them with pregnancy #2, but I could not find a product that was at all helpful. I discovered Underworks the middle of this pregnancy. I ordered both the boy shorts + the briefs to see which ones fit best. The briefs were too high-waisted and uncomfortable on my large belly...but the boy shorts fit just right under my belly and provide enough vulvar compression to get me through the day on my feet taking care of my other two kids. Highly recommend these shorts if you are struggling with vulvar varicosities...and also, you're a hero...hang in there. Nobody fully understands your pain unless they've been there!

I just wear them over top of my underwear so I can wear them a few times before they need to be washed. I would definitely recommend these! They do run a bit small so I suggest sizing up.

I saw from previous reviews that you should order the next size up as they are on the smaller size, so that's what I did and it worked! So all I can say is that I have been wearing them for a week now (I got a few pairs LOL) and I find them very supportive and comfortable! So if you are wanting supportive underwear...these work. I was also so amazed at how quickly they arrived in New Zealand...it must have been about 10 days max!

I am on 5th pregnancy and just bought my second pair. Started getting pelvic varicosities about two babies ago. I have pelvic congestion syndrome and have a lot of pressure on periods and starting in the second trimester on for pregnancy. These have helped tremendously. I need them for my 12.5 hr nursing shifts and whenever I am on feet for long periods of time. They are a staple in my wardrobe and I am very greatful for them. Well worth the money!

I received these a few days ago and have really felt a good bit of relief. This is my third pregnancy, started having trouble with the varicosities at about 20 weeks my second pregnancy. I tried icing, and those belts with the strap, but really could not find much relief. This time I’ve been wearing compression stockings every day and just tried the underwear, I decided to get them based on the reviews I read how much they help other pregnant women. I would definitely recommend these as any amount of relief from those varicosities makes it more tolerable. They are probably the most uncomfortable thing I experienced so having a product like this helps ease your aches and pains has been wonderful

I suffer from a prolapsed bladder which makes daily work activities very difficult- even walking. I work as a merchandiser and do a lot of walking and lifting. I saw these online and decided to order a pair. Believe me when I say, these have made my work day normal and bearable again. What a miracle they are for me. I'm ordering the briefs as well. I just have to say #1 vulvar varicosities are the absolute worst. And #2 these boy shorts/compression shorts are saving my life. I am pregnant with my 3rd baby. I am 5'4", pre-pregnancy weight 130 lbs. I did not have varicose veins with pregnancy #1. I had them with pregnancy #2, but I could not find a product that was at all helpful. I discovered Underworks the middle of this pregnancy. I ordered both the boy shorts + the briefs to see which ones fit best. The briefs were too high-waisted and uncomfortable on my large belly...but the boy shorts fit just right under my belly and provide enough vulvar compression to get me through the day on my feet taking care of my other two kids. Highly recommend these shorts if you are struggling with vulvar varicosities...and also, you're a hero...hang in there. Nobody fully understands your pain unless they've been there!

I have worn these at home several times and just completed my first 12 hour shift wearing them. I love them. I feel instant relief as soon as they are on and the pressure is instantly back when off. It is not gone, but it is so much better. I have ordered a bigger size to see if it will help with the tightness in the groin and around the waste but the compression on my pelvic floor is exactly what I needed. SO HAPPY.

I was undecided about buying these Underworks cause I didn’t really think they would work. I have bladder prolapse. I thought about it and ordered the boy shorts. Let me tell you I’m a very satisfied customer. I can go on my walks again and work out in my gardens without worrying if I’m going to have my prolapse bulge come out. It really helps me to feel contained and supported. I’m so happy with the product I’m buying another one. I wear a small and I ordered a small and they fit great. The product is made in the USA and the material is so soft and washes great. I lay flat to dry. Thanks for making a great product.

I am pregnant with bad Vulvar Varicosities and these are a life saver! As soon as I put them on the pain went away. I just wear them over top of my underwear so I can wear them a few times before they need to be washed. I would definitely recommend these! They do run a bit small so I suggest sizing up.

These are brilliant for my prolapse which I am trying to manage conservatively. I saw from previous reviews that you should order the next size up as they are on the smaller size, so that's what I did and it worked! So all I can say is that I have been wearing them for a week now (I got a few pairs LOL) and I find them very supportive and comfortable! So if you are wanting supportive underwear...these work. I was also so amazed at how quickly they arrived in New Zealand...it must have been about 10 days max!

If you’re looking at these for vulvar varicosities, look no further. I’ve tried numerous other items and nothing worked, I have a pretty severe case of this. When I wear these I range from no pain to mild-medium level discomfort depending on the day. I’ve found putting them on first thing before you even stand up helps. I honestly don’t think I’d be able to walk without these some days, so absolute life saver.

When looking at this upon receipt and having been a nurse for over 40 yrs my first impression was “no way” Having dealt with prolapse for a number of years I am amazed how effective and comfortable this brief is!! I have a bladder prolapse, and I have tried different products, but this product provided a strong support an its has a very firm/strong flat band in the crotch. Just ordered a second pair.

I received these briefs about three days ago and tried them immediately! They lend the support that I really need right now, especially for long walks and strenuous hiking in the mountains. Totally takes away the feeling of something "falling out" and I love them! Waiting for my doctor appointment in June to find out what to do to fix this problem I have and this will make the wait much easier. I love them!

I don't like to wear a pessary for prolapse and found these prolapse pants. I did order them based on the positive reviews and I am quite pleased with them. They work really well while doing cardio or any other exercises. They give great support, and you don't need to feel scared that your prolapse might worsen while doing cardio moves. Glad I found them and would highly recommend to try them out.

These provide the support I need just where I need it! I used to be a marathoner before kids. I loved running. After my first child I went back to running without issue. Then I had twins and had bladder and rectal prolapse that needed repair. Within a year I had to have a second bladder surgery because the first one failed. Anyways, I was cleared to run after this second repair but I just still felt the feeling of falling out and it felt super uncomfortable to run. So I found these and thought I’d give it a shot. It is the best! I no longer feel held back by bladder issues. I just ran three miles and finally could focus on my run instead of “down there”. They are a little bulky compared to what I’m used to but they work, so I don’t really care. They fit true to size - I’m 5’4” 120lb for reference and small fits perfectly. I’m so excited! Finally something that works without being invasive!

I stumbled upon these in my third trimester and have been wearing them for a few weeks. I was skeptical that compression shorts could make such a difference but I noticed relief the first time I wore them. I’m so much more comfortable and I hardly notice the varicosities (they’re still there, just more under control). I am so glad I found these!

We asked, what garment would we make to help women that suffer from vulvar varicosities, whether during pregnancy or not, that suffer from prolapses, and that would help those that have hernias or may get them? We looked around and found a lot of contraptions that were made of elastics wrapped around and around and we said no that’s not it!. We need a garment that is just that, a garment, a boxer brief, a panty that may be worn everyday just the same way women wear their regular underwear already. So we went to work and created it.

The Underworks Vulvar Varicosity Support Boy-Leg Brief is made to be highly effective in alleviating pain and reducing symptoms associated with vaginal swelling. Also known as vulvar varicosities, these are varicose veins at the outer surface of the female genitalia (vulva). They occur most often during pregnancy. As a result, blood pools in the veins of your lower extremities as well as your vulvar region causing vulvar varicosities or Lymphedema.

This boy leg brief has two overlapping bands built into the it that run through the pubic area providing compression and relief from vulvar swelling and overlap exactly where a floor of support for the pelvic area is created at the bottom. This helps in relieving prolapse such as Cystocele (when the bladder protrudes the vagina creating a bulge), Rectocele (when the rectum bulges into the back wall of the vagina), and Uterine prolapse (when the uterus drops into the vagina). HOW TO WEAR
