MEASURE YOUR WAIST

Take snug measurement around your waist at the narrowest area, usually around your belly button.

HOW TO WEAR

Unzip both zipper on both sides of the front panel. Step into garment and pull up like a regular brief. First zip down the zipper and fasten tab onto Velcro closure. Adjust for comfort. Next, zip up right zipper and fasten Velcro tab. Use hook'n eye closure on top of the crotch to adjust for tightness and for bathroom visits.
