This works great. It compresses comfortably on top and is loose and comfortable around the belly, love ke a t-shirt. Looks like a regular tank top for the most part except for the seam line between the top and bottom. I love it and will be buying more. I ordered two sizes and experienced a hassle free return process for the other size.

After dealing with many uncomfortable and relatively unsatisfactory products over the years, I thought I'd try a different style of compression shirt. So far this is the winner. It doesn't pinch or chafe, is reasonably lightweight and cool, and doesn't seem to impede breathing, even during exercise. I feel confident going out in this without having to slouch or be embarrassed by my chest. Will be ordering several more and would recommend to others. I purchased the S; I am on the small measurement end of that size and it seems to run a bit tighter than expected.

I am 19 year old male who weighs 180lbs and is 5'10. When I wear normal shirts there is no doubt about it that my man boobs are noticeable. Thank to this shirt which is the first one I ever tried, I can go out and wear my shirts comfortably. I can now put away the XL and wear my old Large shirts and look fit. Really recommend trying this if your looking to have a flat chest when wearing t-shirts in public. Yes this shirt is wearable almost all day and it also helps you keep your posture straight which also make your chest looks buff so buy this without a doubt you will love it.

I bought this shirt as I had originally bought the ultimate chest binder tank which was great but really tight and I could not wear it for a full day. Im 6"2 250 and fairly fit outside of the gynecomastia which makes me look chubbier than I am. This tank has really given me some confidence back as it really conceals my chest and its actually quite comfortable. The shirt is not very long though so make sure to be careful when you wash it. I wear it under dress shirts and you cant even tell im wearing it. The bottom half of the shirt is really soft and comfortable and isn’t super tight on the stomach. I now wear these tanks under all my shirts daily and thin this is one of the best products on this site. Really happy I took a chance and tried this tank.

It's very comfortable, much lighter than my Cotton Concealer Chest Binder which is nice as it's getting warmer, but sadly the reason that it's light is that it's basically a spandex shirt. Maybe it's just sorted under the wrong category, but I don't think anyone could call this "extreme" compression. It gets me flattish, but that's all. I think all I'll be using it for is wearing around the house so I'm comfortable but also able to answer the door without feeling self conscious.

I just received my order and I am by far impressed! I'm clearly a victim of gynecomastia. If you ever succumb to this embarrassing disaster, then I highly recommend you try this product especially if you cannot afford the surgery. If you are skeptical about the size, then simply follow the size chart. As for me, I'm 5'6 and weigh 115lbs; therefore, I purchased the X-Small and it fits like a glove. It's extremely comfortable, durable, and life changing! Trust me when I say it gets the job done. It was worth every cent. I'll definitely purchase more items from this site.

I've tried many compression shirts and this one is the best by far : - ultra light - not too much sweating - cotton - perfect chest compression - abdomen feels free My size is XL and this size fits perfectly my body (189cm, 92kg). I can now go outside comfortable with very good self-esteem, with just a t-shirt/shirt/polo over this compression shirt! I'm going to buy the same in black. Moreover, I do a lot of sport then I think I'll buy one the size above (XXL) to be even more free. Very very quick shipment to France with DHL Thank you so much Underworks

I just got this shirt and tried it on. It's so much lighter than my faithful "Cotton chest (only) concealer". I like that the neck line is higher up as well, so no "cleavage" shows. The arm holes are more close to the arm pit so there is less side boob (not apparent in model photo), although I'm not sure if it's too tight, or if it's just something I need to adjust to. It's very light weight, and not at all scratchy, it's very soft in fact. What I *didn't* like was that the shirt portion is too tight. I'm a fairly in shape person, and it's so tight that it's uncomfortable, and will no doubt roll up. I will most likely keep the shirt though, and sew in some panels or something. This shirt is PERFECT, except that one detail. Underworks, please change that, and this will be my new undershirt choice. It's a fantastic shirt otherwise though!

If you ever succumb to this embarrassing disaster, then I highly recommend you try this product especially if you cannot afford the surgery. I just got this shirt and tried it on. It's so much lighter than my faithful "Cotton chest (only) concealer". I like that the neck line is higher up as well, so no "cleavage" shows. The arm holes are more close to the arm pit so there is less side boob (not apparent in model photo), although I'm not sure if it's too tight, or if it's just something I need to adjust to. It's very light weight, and not at all scratchy, it's very soft in fact. What I *didn't* like was that the shirt portion is too tight. I'm a fairly in shape person, and it's so tight that it's uncomfortable, and will no doubt roll up. I will most likely keep the shirt though, and sew in some panels or something. This shirt is PERFECT, except that one detail. Underworks, please change that, and this will be my new undershirt choice. It's a fantastic shirt otherwise though!

Im 6"2 250 and fairly fit outside of the gynecomastia which makes me look chubbier than I am. This tank has really given me some confidence back as it really conceals my chest and its actually quite comfortable. The shirt is not very long though so make sure to be careful when you wash it. I wear it under dress shirts and you cant even tell im wearing it. The bottom half of the shirt is really soft and comfortable and isn’t super tight on the stomach. I now wear these tanks under all my shirts daily and thin this is one of the best products on this site. Really happy I took a chance and tried this tank.

Maybe it's just sorted under the wrong category, but I don't think anyone could call this "extreme" compression. It gets me flattish, but that's all. Best shirts in my opinion

I've tried several shirts on the site and these are the only ones I can wear all day in comfort. The rest seem to get uncomfortable. I really like these I'm actually here buying a few more because I like to have a clean one every day. They last too I've had one for a year it's still good.

I bought this shirt as I had originally bought the ultimate chest binder tank which was great but really tight and I could not wear it for a full day. Im 6"2 250 and fairly fit outside of the gynecomastia which makes me look chubbier than I am. This tank has really given me some confidence back as it really conceals my chest and its actually quite comfortable. The shirt is not very long though so make sure to be careful when you wash it. I wear it under dress shirts and you cant even tell im wearing it. The bottom half of the shirt is really soft and comfortable and isn’t super tight on the stomach. I now wear these tanks under all my shirts daily and thin this is one of the best products on this site. Really happy I took a chance and tried this tank.

It's very comfortable, much lighter than my Cotton Concealer Chest Binder which is nice as it's getting warmer, but sadly the reason that it's light is that it's basically a spandex shirt. Maybe it's just sorted under the wrong category, but I don't think anyone could call this "extreme" compression. It gets me flattish, but that's all. I think all I'll be using it for is wearing around the house so I'm comfortable but also able to answer the door without feeling self conscious.

I just received my order and I am by far impressed! I'm clearly a victim of gynecomastia. If you ever succumb to this embarrassing disaster, then I highly recommend you try this product especially if you cannot afford the surgery. If you are skeptical about the size, then simply follow the size chart. As for me, I'm 5'6 and weigh 115lbs; therefore, I purchased the X-Small and it fits like a glove. It's extremely comfortable, durable, and life changing! Trust me when I say it gets the job done. It was worth every cent. I'll definitely purchase more items from this site.

I suffer from gynecomastia caused by a medical treatment I'm obliged to take. I've tried many compression shirts and this one is the best by far : - ultra light - not too much sweating - cotton - perfect chest compression - abdomen feels free My size is XL and this size fits perfectly my body (189cm, 92kg). I can now go outside comfortable with very good self-esteem, with just a t-shirt/shirt/polo over this compression shirt! I'm going to buy the same in black. Moreover, I do a lot of sport then I think I'll buy one the size above (XXL) to be even more free. Very very quick shipment to France with DHL Thank you so much Underworks
Lightweight, non scratchy

I just got this shirt and tried it on. It's so much lighter than my faithful "Cotton chest (only) concealer". I like that the neck line is higher up as well, so no "cleavage" shows. The arm holes are more close to the arm pit so there is less side boob (not apparent in model photo), although I'm not sure if it's too tight, or if it's just something I need to adjust to. It's very light weight, and not at all scratchy, it's very soft in fact. What I *didn't* like was that the shirt portion is too tight. I'm a fairly in shape person, and it's so tight that it's uncomfortable, and will no doubt roll up. I will most likely keep the shirt though, and sew in some panels or something. This shirt is PERFECT, except that one detail. Underworks, please change that, and this will be my new undershirt choice. It's a fantastic shirt otherwise though!

This works great. It compresses comfortably on top and is loose and comfortable around the belly, love ke a t-shirt. Looks like a regular tank top for the most part except for the seam line between the top and bottom. I love it and will be buying more. I ordered two sizes and experienced a hassle free return process for the other size.

After dealing with many uncomfortable and relatively unsatisfactory products over the years, I thought I'd try a different style of compression shirt. So far this is the winner. It doesn't pinch or chafe, is reasonably lightweight and cool, and doesn't seem to impede breathing, even during exercise. I feel confident going out in this without having to slouch or be embarrassed by my chest. Will be ordering several more and would recommend to others. I purchased the S; I am on the small measurement end of that size and it seems to run a bit tighter than expected.

I am 19 year old male who weighs 180lbs and is 5'10. When I wear normal shirts there is no doubt about it that my man boobs are noticeable. Thank to this shirt which is the first one I ever tried, I can go out and wear my shirts comfortably. I can now put away the XL and wear my old Large shirts and look fit. Really recommend trying this if your looking to have a flat chest when wearing t-shirts in public. Yes this shirt is wearable almost all day and it also helps you keep your posture straight which also make your chest looks buff so buy this without a doubt you will love it.
