Mothers who have breastfed know the pains that come along with it. In my case, I have been engorged and have had clogged ducts. I bought two sets of the gel pads, one set of two for warm compress before breastfeeding/pumping and another set that is frozen to cool down afterward. They were larger than expected, which was even better because the coverage was great and the relief it provided was worth every penny. Highly recommend for this use!
