I would love to thank everyone who works at the company. I had bought a size M as that is what I had measured out to be. I had my revision surgery on May 27th 2019, once I was put into the binder I knew something was wrong. It didn't fit right, plus I was all swollen, I was in a lot of pain from surgery and the binder but didn't get paid until Thursday morning. I stayed up until 12:30 am on Wed so I could reorder the L binder. Now I live in Canada and their 2 day shipping would've cost me more than the bunder it's self with standard shipping, so I kindly wrote in the notes IF it was possible to have it shipped right away. To whom ever read that message THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH! IT came Friday afternoon and the fit is AMAMZING❤🙏 I'm no longer in pain from the binder. I would highly recommend this binder post opt but if you're getting this post surgery get the next size up.
Thanks again Underworks!

Excellent, with a few downfalls
Very comfortable and easy to get on, and based on size chart fits perfectly - over my chest! Can't say the same for my stomach as I, y'know, have one. So I clipped it as far as it would go comfortably and then folded the bottom half up and safety pinned it. Not much choice, but it would be nice if half-tank versions were available! You gotta be REAL thin to fit the bottom half. Additionally, as others have said, the arm holes are a bit on the small side. This wouldn't be an issue if they were lined, but the rough Serger stitching and stiff fabric are VERY SHARP and will definitely hurt me very soon.

Excellent quality. Heavy duty, well built.
Pretty sure I bought a size too small and yet the vest is able to cope with the extra strain. I don't particularly mind this since the surgeon suggested the tighter the better. Material is heavy duty mesh. Not exactly comfortable. The arm hole are smaller than other vests but this is better since the it covers more area. The only complaint would be that the edges of the arm holes are slightly abrasive and tend to irritate the sensitive skin under the arms. Otherwise highly recommended.

Good for post-op
I bought this binder before my top surgery. I was kind of nervous about it, because it wasn't the one my surgeon recommended and I couldn't find any reviews for people who used it post-op, but I'm very happy with it.
It fits tight and gives good compression, which helps with the swelling and quite a bit with the pain. My surgeon recommended I wear it day and night for 6 weeks and then only during the day for 6 more weeks, so it was important to have something that works well. It's a completely different experience binding pre and post op.
Being able to close it in the front makes it so much easier to put on and off when it's limited how much you can move around,.
The things I find negative about this binder is how high up it goes into my armpits (which is probably a good thing depending on how close to your pits your incisions are). This made it really smelly, and I had a hard time getting it to smell clean even after washing it... It also rides up a little bit, but it's pretty easy to adjust it.
If I could change something about it I would make the neck line a centimeter or two higher up, to give the entire chest compression, because I feel like it doesn't compress the top of the chest well enough when I lie down to sleep.
All in all I'm pretty happy with it.

It does the job
Size: Small Color: Black
Reason for purchase: I am FtM transgender and have to wear compression over my chest for 6 weeks following a mastectomy.
Shipping: Great. Ordered overnight shipping at roughly 4pm EST on 12/23, arrived at 1pm EST on 12/24.
Packaging: Discreet, simple FedEx box, nothing that would give away the contents.
Material: Same as the Tri-top (the binder I used pre-surgery). Sturdy, medical-feeling. I don't care if it's soft or not, but you should know that this is not soft or very breathable at all.
The Good: This thing definitely runs true to size and gives full compression over the whole chest. The clasps are easy to use. If you're switching from a post-surgical ACE bandage to this like me, you will feel about 1000x better. No aches or pains in my ribs or back. Have been sleeping in it fine. It was also the cheapest option I saw online for post-surgical vest--all others I saw were >$50--but is not a cheaply made product. It does its job, and it does it well.
The Bad: Since this binder is meant to compress the entire chest, the arm holes are much smaller than the Tri-top. This is good because it means that your whole chest is covered (unlike the Tri-top, where the outer parts of my pectorals weren't covered--not necessary for compression for only aesthetic purposes) but bad because the arm holes are much, much smaller than I was expecting. I've been getting some chafing under my armpits. My arms are not that big, so if you're really built, I'd keep that in mind. Secondly, the left seam is irritating one of the holes where a drain came out, and I've been wearing a gauze pad between the hole and the vest with some success. Thirdly, the binder constricts the entire torso, so if your gut is now bigger than your chest, even just by a little bit like mine is, you will feel a lot of pressure. I've been wearing mine with the bottom few clasps undone so my belly is free but my chest is still wrapped up, and that doesn't seem to affect the compression of the upper half at all, which is nice, but it leaves these weird flaps at the bottom that someone could feel through my shirt if they gave me a hug. It'd be nice to see a mid-length vest like this.
Overall: It's a binder--don't expect total comfort. The binding aspect is effective. It's everything you need, no bells or whistles, which I appreciate. I recommend this, especially for guys who got keyhole with liposuction who need compression for extended but temporary spans of time.
