I had very bad pelvic Edema that swelled up my private areas to the point of bleeding and severe pain but after getting water pills plus my wife buying me my first pair of these my swelling was almost completely gone in just over a week. In the follow up the doctor and nurses were shocked at how quickly these shorts helped so they asked where to buy them and I told them about these and maybe not the intended function but they wanted to know for their other patients suffering from this. These shorts helped me get my life back as I couldn't sit from the swelling not able to work on my graphics.

A little long but otherwise great -- used for a relative post-surgery.

I work out in these they fit well and and are very breathable and comfortable.

Fit impression, pretty comfortable wearing.

I am loving this; coupled with a binder I pass very well. I am FTM though, and if anyone else wants to know then it's better to devise sizing like this:
1. Measure circumference of thigh at its thickest
2. Multiply that by 2
3. Use that as a measure for size instead of your actual waist size

The waist:thigh ratio is very different for us so if you just follow instructions as-is you're gonna get a size or two too small. But I found randomly sizing up also risky, so I hope this method helps.

Excellent quality. Extra wide elastic on larger sizes keeps shorts in place. Have held up after a full summer wearing under bathing suit in swimming pool and ocean.
